Hardware part: The hardware components include camera, light source and touch screen, among which the camera and light source are integrated structures, and the touch screen is the display.
Camera: The camera adopts smart camera, with Linux system inside, only Runner runs, and runs independently.
Light source: The current light source adopts an integrated structure, the light source is a white ring light, with a total of four partitions, which can be lit separately or as a whole.
Touch screen: The touch screen adopts an all-in-one design, with Windows system and JV300 dongle inside, and can only run Monitor, which is used for human-computer interaction.
● Software part:
The software is divided into front-end and back-end, that is, the front-end runs on the touch screen display end, and the back-end is the internal calculation of the smart camera. Both ends are used with Jinglin, the current version is V1R04C101.
● Algorithm: The main algorithm of the current smart camera is line character recognition, which is used for character detection. The algorithm performance is the same as the ordinary version of Jinglin.
● External interaction: The smart camera provides two interaction methods: IO and communication. You can freely choose according to the actual project requirements.
